Programs for golfers
The basic program for golfers is designed to accomplish improvement in the following areas:
- Core stability: to stabilize the axis of movement (the spine);
- Lower body mechanics and posture at the transition of the swing (the most important change of direction in the swing);
- Muscular loading: accelerating and decelerating movements during the swing;
- Conservation of energy for each swing (golf is not a maximum effort sport; it is a maximum ability sport);
- Ability to change direction: using slow motion and progressive skill training exercises, helps to learn the difference between “feel” and “real;” and Transfer of momentum at impact with the ball.
